Welcome, and thank you for taking a moment to focus on your wellbeing.
Whether you are looking to make heath-related change, work through a difficult problem, adjust to a life transition, or improve a relationship, I will strive to help you achieve your goals.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist who is licensed in IL and credentialed with PSYPACT, which means I am authorized to provide psychotherapy to individuals residing in a PSYPACT participating state (https://psypact.gov/page/psypactmap). I am also credentialed with the National Register of Health Service Psychologists. With over 18 years of experience in clinical psychology, I have had the privilege of working with diverse individuals and groups in medical and community-based settings, and I specialize in providing therapy via telehealth with adults across the lifespan. My approach to services is integrative and client-driven, and I practice within a framework of cultural humility.
My background and experience have taught me that life is unpredictable, and change can be stressful and sometimes painful. Navigating changes can be easier and often faster with the right support and resources.
I hope to be a support and resource for you.
