With 15 years of experience in clinical psychology, I have had the privilege of working with diverse individuals and groups in medical and community-based settings, and I specialize in providing therapy via telehealth with adults across the lifespan. My approach to services is integrative and client-driven, and I practice within a framework of cultural humility.
My background and experience have taught me that life is unpredictable, and change can be stressful and sometimes painful. That said, navigating changes is easier and often faster with the right support and resources.

Your needs are as unique as you are. I will take the time we need to get to know who you are, your values, and your goals to develop a comprehensive and holistic treatment plan.
Treatment plans are designed according to your needs and preferences. We will prioritize what is most important to you and focus on promoting growth in those areas.
Therapy and behavioral health consulting are offered via telehealth using a HIPAA-compliant video platform or by telephone. I do not provide these services in person at this time.

Fee for services:
40-45 min psychotherapy session: $165
53-60 min psychotherapy session $195
Sliding scale may be negotiable based on ability to pay and insurance coverage.
